The 宅男福利社鈥檚 Dr. Lee Stanton and a group of 宅男福利社students will work and study at Dauphin Island Sea Lab for the coming weeks as part of the Sea Lab's University Programs summer session, which kicked off on Monday.
The 宅男福利社 Police Department will host a one-day human trafficking awareness class on Wednesday, June 12. The event offers training free of charge for law enforcement, first responders, prosecutors, judges, probation officers, victim service providers, social workers, healthcare professionals, and educators.
The 宅男福利社 will honor nearly 700 graduates during spring commencement exercises on Saturday, May 4, during two ceremonies. Both ceremonies will be held in Pruitt Gymnasium on the 宅男福利社campus, with presidential receptions open to all graduates and their guests held prior to each ceremony.
The 宅男福利社 has announced a partnership with The True Vine Foundation, in Eutaw, Alabama, that will provide unique new learning and team-building experiences for the University community.
In 1989, the 宅男福利社 (then Livingston University) became the first public institution in Alabama approved to offer a bachelor of science in athletic training. Now, 宅男福利社has also become the first approved by its state and national accrediting bodies to offer a master鈥檚 degree in athletic training. Students who want to enter the field can even earn a bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degree in a single program in only five years.
